All Dun Services is now officially a Microsoft Partner. We have always been Microsoft qualified, and sold Microsoft software and services. Now we are officially a CSP partner (Cloud Solution Provider), meaning we can support you even further with your requirements.

We have been working hard in the background building up our new billing system. This will allow you to manage all of your services, invoices, payments and support requests, all from one central control panel. We still manage your services on your behalf, but this allows you to see everything yourself if required. It also allows you to see when renewals are due, and automates e-mail reminders for hosting, domains and antivirus renewals. On top of this, the front-end will allow you to register your own domain names with us 24/7, so if you are working late and require a domain, or hosting, you can place the order from the panel, and have it automatically provisioned and ready for you to log in and use.

If you would like to become a beta tester of this platform, please contact your account manager and they will happily send you your login details for it, as well as walk you through how to use it.

Once the system is 100% ready to use, we will be transferring all historical information across, such as past invoices, so you will be able to see all of your billing history in one place.

Starting from the 6th of April 2026. We are now VAT registered. This allows us to be more competitive, as well as sell out hosted services at retail pricing and include our local friendly support as standard. If you have any questions about this, please speak to your account manager.

Welcome to our new website. We have just finished building our website in-house. Please be aware, our website is never finished, we will be adding more content and information overtime, as well as hints and tricks that may help you with your I.T.

We will be releasing our full knowledgebase soon, once we have finished tweaking, refining and updating it for newer software.
